1. UOGuilds.com reserves the right to amend, add or delete any of the following Terms and conditions with out prior notice.
2. Although UOGuilds.com will strive for perfection it does not in anyway guarantee your website to be up 100% of the time.
3. UOGuilds.com reserves the right to refuse or discontinue its service for any reason at any time.

Your Hosted Website or Forum

Do’s…

1. Your website/Forum must prominently contain information that is in relation to your guild/alliance, this includes events, updates on members, your forums address and stories about the guild, News.
2. You can put reports of your guilds or member of your guilds adventures with pictures.
3. you can have a page listing items your guild or members of your guild sell but only for gold (NO Real Money Trading).
4. You can list Auctions your guild or its members have listed on Ultima Auctions.
5. Your website/Forum may include an off topic section.

1. You may not upload any material that is of illegal or adult nature if you are found to do so you will be excluded from this service.
2. You may not sell items and or currency for real money from your website
3. You may not sell or trade accounts for gold or real money from your website
4. You may not use your website to slander, bully or insult anyone or anything else.
5. You may not use your website to sell ad space. This includes Google Ads and anything similar.
6. You may not put in links that take you  to websites or content that is featured in this section.

Due to the Nature of being a fansite we can not accept any forum or website links that contradict the agreement this is in connection to selling or trading accounts and or Real money trading.

Content on non hosted Websites or Forums

1. Your listed website or forum much be in connection with your guild or an alliance your guild is part of
2. You may not use your website or forum to make Real Money Trades or sell/Trade accounts
3. By submitting a website or forum to use you are agreeing you have the right to use all the content that is included on them
4. You may NOT have any illegal or adult content on your website or forum.
